Do you offer to manage leases abroad?

Currently we offer administration of leases in Denmark and in the Netherlands.

Do you support EAN invoicing?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support EAN invoicing.

How do I create a new tenant?

All you have to do is is create the new contract with the contract builder, or send the completed contract without account information to us, and we will make sure that it is sent for digital signature to you and the tenant. As soon as the contract has been signed by both parties, you will receive a copy of the signed contract. We subsequently make sure to create the tenant on the platform.

How do I send a contract for signature?

When you have a contract to sign, simply send it to us with contact information on the tenant. Then we make sure that it is sent for digital signing to both you and the tenant. As soon as the contract has been signed by both parties, you will receive a copy of the signed contract. We subsequently make sure to create the contract on the platform, and ensure that the rental payments pass on to you.

What is a default notice?

A default notice is a reminder to the tenant that the rent has not been paid on time. There are a number of requirements for the design of the default notice, which must be complied with for the default notice to apply. A default notice is sent with a delivery certificate, so that there is documentation that the default notice has been sent to the recipient.


When can a default notice be sent?

A default notices can be sent no earlier than three working days after the last timely payment date.

Where do I see how much a tenant has to pay?

On the platform, you can see the balance sheet for each lease on the lease overview. By clicking on the individual lease, you can then see a more detailed status of the payments.

Where do I see which tenants have paid?

You can always log in to the platform and get an overview of which tenants have paid, when they have paid and how much they paid.
