We have since become the trusted tool of choice for more than 1,000 landlords. From our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, we have also grown our presence in the Netherlands and Germany, handling thousands of tenancies every month.
How it began
It all started with two friends having coffee on a sunny day in Copenhagen.
Morten, who had racked up more than a decade’s experience in entrepreneurship and business development, was sitting with Jacob, who had over 10 years’ experience in software and product development.
Morten shared about the challenges he faced in managing a co-living space for a startup community. It was arduous, time-consuming and expensive. There had to be a better way. And indeed, there was. From there, Proper was born.
